Led by chef Ryan Garlitos, Le Hut Dinette serves a creative menu with a West Texas diner spirit—featuring brisket barbacoa tacos, chili cheese fries, smoked brisket pastrami sandwiches, pork Chile Verde tacos, and more. Enjoy cozy counter seating, banquettes, an outdoor patio, and a carefully curated selection of natural wines.
